While tranporting fertilized eggs you want to have the best available transporting solution there is. A system that minimizes the number of eggs that crack during transport, can be cleaned easily and allows for the transport of as many hatching eggs as possible. The HatchCargoSystem is the best system available for the transportation of fertilized eggs and is made out of only the best raw materials. This very special system consists of three parts: a specific plastic pallet, stackable setter trays and a clip to secure the stacks. A single tray can hold up to 150 hatching eggs and each pallet can hold a maximum of 50 trays. This means the maximum number of eggs on a pallet is 7500!
In comparison with standard farm trolleys this means that the HatchCargoSystem can transport up to 25% (manual stacking) or 40% (robot stacked pallets) more fertilized eggs. Because of the smart design the pallets can not bounce which results in less cracked eggs per pallet. This will eventually lead to more profit per truck.
When an egg does crack, the system can be easily cleaned due to its open trays and pallets. Another big advantage is that you can put the system in existing washing equipment. No extensive cleaning has to be done.
We also take the logistics into consideration. Our system can easily be moved by electric pallet jacks and existing robots can load and unload the pallets.
To recognize and find your cargo we equipped all pallets and trays with RFID chips and individual BARcodes. Besides that it is possible to customize your system in custom made colours with a unique inscription.
